Bronya Anticondensate
Modification of thermal insulation intended for use in industry, reconstruction, and repair of equipment. A unique material applied directly to wet and damp surfaces of pipes and equipment of various shapes and configurations, used in situations where it is not possible to stop the process or ensure drying of pipes. Bronya Anticondensate is an innovative solution to the problem of condensation on metal, glass, plastic, and other materials. It prevents moisture accumulation and condensation formation, which adversely affects equipment safety and is present in industrial, administrative, and office spaces. After applying Bronya Anticondensate, this problem is completely eliminated, extending the service life of pipes and equipment.
Instructions for use of Bronya Anticondesate:
- Application is directly onto the wet, condensing surface of the pipeline
- A layer from 1 mm to 10 mm thick can be applied in a single pass, which significantly speeds up insulation work.
- Preparing the working material involves simply mixing the two components in the provided container.
- Simple application, after mixing the material is ready to apply
2-component composition
Bronya Anticondensate It is prepared strictly according to the instructions, in accordance with the specified ratios and holding times. When mixing the components, the active ingredients interact, creating a plastic, homogeneous mass ready for spraying. Depending on the selected required thickness, apply according to the instructions. The Bronya Anticondensate set consists of two packages, and for ease of packaging, it is made so that both components are completely mixed during use.
“Component A” consists of a dry mixture of components containing encapsulated microgranules, titanium dioxide, zinc oxide, methacellulose, as well as a number of unique additives that allow for an effective material to be obtained at a certain ratio.
“Component B” contains modified polyacrylic resins with the addition of plasticizers, biocides, fungicides, and other functional additives in polymerization in a wet environment.
