“Bronya FireAquaBlock” is a universal protective coating that simultaneously protects structures from fire, moisture, and adverse weather conditions, particularly ultraviolet radiation. Its multi-functional properties provide comprehensive protection, significantly reducing the need for multiple different materials. This opens up possibilities for creating entirely new solutions, such as, for example, completely non-combustible roofing.

“Bronya FireAquaBlock” creates a continuous, durable, and elastic film that is completely resistant to cracking. Thanks to its unique structure, the coating withstands substrate deformations, does not peel over time, and is guaranteed to retain its protective properties throughout its entire service life, making it an ideal solution for both new construction and renovation of existing facilities.

The material is designed for efficient operation in a wide temperature range (from –55 °C to +150 °C) and is ideally suited for any climate zone – from cold regions to areas with high temperatures and humidity.

Application Methods and Recommendations

Bronya FireAquaBlock is supplied ready for use. Additional dilution is generally not necessary. The composition is easily applied to any structure by brush, roller, or airless sprayer.

Fire aqua block application

The coating can be applied to a wide range of surfaces, including bitumen, metal, wood, plastic, concrete, styrofoam, polystyrene foam, polyurethane foam, PVC membrane, as well as previously applied rubber coatings. Before application, ensure the surface is clean and dry, free of dust, dirt, or grease. For metal surfaces, it is important to remove rust, then clean and degrease them. Since “Bronya FireAquaBlock” provides complete waterproofing and has high resistance to weather conditions, it does not require additional priming or a top coat on most surfaces.

The application of Bronya FireAquaBlock can be carried out within a wide temperature range – from -5 °C to +40 °C. It is important to avoid application during precipitation. After drying, a continuous, elastic, and durable layer is formed that does not peel or crack under conditions from -55 °C to +150 °C.

Bronya FireAquaBlock is suitable for a wide range of objects that require comprehensive protection:
In combination with other products Bronya can additionally receive non-combustibility and fire resistance properties to roofs, foundations, and other structures that have been previously waterproofed with other rubber coatings (Bronya). AquaBlock Expert, Bronya AquaBlock Prism, Bronya VibroHydroPlast, Bronya TermoHydroPlast).

Safety measures and disposal

When working with the Bronya FireAquaBlock product, it is recommended to use standard personal protective equipment: protective clothing, gloves, and a respirator.
WHEN WORKING INDOORS, IT IS EXTREMELY IMPORTANT TO ENSURE EFFECTIVE VENTILATION!
Avoid contact with skin or eyes. In case of contact with skin, wash thoroughly with soap and water. If it gets into eyes, rinse immediately with plenty of clean water and seek medical attention if necessary.
Tools and equipment contaminated with the mixture should be cleaned immediately after use with a suitable solvent. Spilled material should be covered with sand or other absorbent material and then disposed of as ordinary construction waste. Material containers should also be disposed of as household waste.
