Insulating coatings are available in several versions and differ in application area, protective properties, fire protection level, application temperature, and operating temperature.
General information on Bronya insulating coatings
Bronya ultra-thin thermal insulation, or thermal insulation coating, can be applied to almost any surface. After polymerization, the coating appears as a matte flexible film and has unique thermophysical properties. 1 mm of Bronya thermal insulation coating is equivalent in thermal insulation effect to 50 mm of mineral wool or 50 mm of expanded polystyrene (styrofoam). It prevents heat loss and condensation, provides corrosion protection, and burn protection.
Bronya's finest thermal insulation is very effective for the thermal insulation needs of facades, roofs (where it absolutely eliminates ice dam formation), interior walls, window frames, hot and cold water pipelines, steam pipes, chimneys, various tanks, trailers, ships, etc. Bronya ceramic thermal insulation can be used at temperatures from -60 °C to +200 °C (some types even up to 260 °C for a short period).
Advantages of Bronya Thermal Insulation Coatings

Cold protection
- reduces building heating costs by up to 30%

Overheat protection
- reflects 60-80% of heat

Soundproofing
- A coating layer of only 0.6 mm thickness reduces noise levels by up to 2 dB

Waterproofing
- Latex, which is part of the coating composition, ensures low moisture absorption, not exceeding 0.03 g/m3

Ecological acceptability
- Water-based coatings are an environmentally friendly material - they do not contain toxic or harmful ingredients

Fire Safety
- Thermal insulation boards in the standard version fall into the category of difficult-to-ignite products
- Bronya NF versions (Classic NF, Facade NF, Light NF) are classified as non-combustible products.

Corrosion inhibition
- resistance to extreme weather conditions

Color customization
- varnishes can be used with pigments
- Standard paints can be applied to the coatings

Wide application temperature range
- application in the range of -60 °C to +200 °C, and in a shorter interval up to +260 °C (Bronya Classic)
- can be applied to hot surfaces up to +150 °C, as well as to extremely cold surfaces down to -30 °C (Bronya Winter, Bronya Nord)

Ease of application
- with a brush
- with a compressor
- with a rubber butterfly clasp

Retains thermal insulation properties for a long time
- minimum 15 years for exterior surfaces
- minimum 25 years for interior surfaces

Saving
- over 30% compared to classic insulation with styrofoam and mineral wool
Types of Bronya products
Insulating coatings can be divided into 6 main groups:

Thermal insulation coatings
The group includes Bronya Classic, Facade, Light, Anticor, Winter, Anticondensate, VibroHydroPlast, TermoHydroPlast, Gracia, Light Airless Nord, Light Nord, Light Airless.

Waterproofing coatings
The group includes Bronya Aquablock Effect, Aquablock Prism, and Aquablock Expert.

Water repellent
Bronya Hydrophobizator belongs to the group

Fire protection
The group includes Bronya Fire Protection, Fire Protection Nord, Fireaquablock, and Structural Fire Protection.

Primers
The group includes Bronya Concentrate, Universal, Facade, Interior

Sound insulation coatings
The group includes Bronya Sound Barrier, Stop Noise, Light Acoustic, and Light Acoustic Airless.
It's important to mention that thermal insulation coatings also have some of the properties of other coatings, and vice versa. This is most evident from names like TermoHydroPlast, where the modification clearly possesses both thermal and waterproofing properties!
