Packaging and Modifications

Most thermal insulation coatings are available in 5, 10, and 20-liter packages.

There are also so-called NG (non-combustible) modifications! In these modifications, the material transitions from the difficult-to-combust category to a completely non-combustible material. The packaging and appearance of the material remain the same as the standard version.

General information on Bronya insulating coatings

Bronya ultrafine thermal insulation, or thermal insulation coatings, can be applied to almost any substrate. After polymerization, the coatings look like a matte, flexible film and have unique thermophysical properties. A 1 mm layer of Bronya thermal insulation coating is thermally equivalent to 50 mm of mineral wool or 50 mm of expanded polystyrene (Styrofoam). It prevents heat loss and condensation, provides corrosion protection, and protects against burns.

Bronya's finest thermal insulation is very effective for the thermal insulation needs of facades, roofs (where it absolutely eliminates ice dam formation), interior walls, window frames, hot and cold water pipelines, steam pipes, chimneys, various tanks, trailers, ships, etc. Bronya ceramic thermal insulation can be used at temperatures from -60 °C to +200 °C (some types even up to 260 °C for a short period).

Bronya ceramic thermal insulation is a high-performance material for thermal insulation of exterior and interior walls, roofs, door frames, window frames, concrete floors, hot and cold water pipes, steam pipes, ventilation and air conditioning ducts, refrigeration units, storage tanks, trailers, refrigerated trucks, etc. It withstands temperatures from -60°C to +200°C (and up to +260°C for short periods (1-2 hours)). It is applied to prevent condensation on cold water pipelines and to prevent heat loss in heating systems.

Bronya Facade & NG - Apply to the surface in layers 1 mm thick!

Liquid ceramic thermal insulation that can be applied in single layers of 1mm thickness while maintaining vapor permeability. This is the first liquid thermal insulation that can be applied to building walls and facades. It can be used to insulate walls made of various materials – concrete, brick, wood, etc.

Bronya Light & NG - Levels the surface and insulates!

Liquid ceramic thermal insulation with several functions: it levels the surface, provides thermal and acoustic insulation, prevents the formation of mold and condensation on building structure joints, and acts as a separating layer for Bronya Facade, Bronya Classic, or Bronya Anticor coatings from materials that would degrade their thermophysical properties.

Bronya Anticor - Directly on the rust!

The first and only thermal insulation material that can be applied directly to a rusted surface. It is sufficient to remove loose rust particles with a wire brush; after that, apply Bronya Anticor thermal insulation according to the attached instructions. Bronya Anticor liquid thermal insulation is a high-performance coating: in addition to thermal insulation, it also possesses strong anti-corrosion properties. In all other technical characteristics, requirements, and usage, it is identical to the basic Bronya Classic coating. The use of Bronya Anticor thermal insulation material on existing facilities and pipelines significantly reduces operating costs because no special surface preparation is required for its application, nor is it necessary to shut down operations to carry out the work.

Bronya winter & NG - For extreme cold!

Material that can be worked with at temperatures down to –35 °C. Bronya Winter is the latest development in the line of ultra-fine ceramic insulating coatings. Bronya Winter can be applied at freezing and positive temperatures from –30 °C to +30 °C. Bronya Winter thermal insulation consists of special acrylic polymers and hollow, vacuum-sealed ceramic microspheres, fire retardants, rheological agents, and inhibitors.

A liquid one-component material with vibration damping, sound absorption, and waterproofing properties.
