The application of Bronya Hydrophobizer almost completely eliminates the phenomenon of capillary moisture. Moisture absorption in walls, floors, and roofs that are directly exposed to water is significantly reduced. At the same time, vapor permeability is not reduced. A very thin polymer layer is formed on the surface which, when exposed to moisture, seals the pores of the material and prevents moisture penetration.
Bronya Hydrophobizer prevents efflorescence on walls, increases surface durability, virtually eliminates mold and moisture, while retaining vapor permeability. Currently, the market for waterproofing products offers various types of water-repellent materials for application on brick, concrete, and other construction surfaces. However, these products have high thermal capacity, which in turn adversely affects thermal insulation properties. Bronya Hydrophobizer, in combination with Bronya thermal insulation coatings (Anticor, Classic, Facade, Light), has a favorable effect on overall thermal insulation characteristics. It also significantly extends the service life of protected surfaces.
Bronya Hydrophobizer is used to treat internal and external surfaces of brick, concrete, foam, aerated concrete, cement, and wooden load-bearing structures of buildings and structures (basements, balconies, roofs, casings, slopes, etc.), as well as slate and tile roofs, in the temperature range of -60 to +150 °C.

Instructions for use
The surface must be clean of dust and dirt, grease and oil stains, and free of delamination. Apply Bronya Hydroprotect with a brush, roller, or sprayer at a temperature no lower than +5 °C until the material is completely saturated. The hydrophobic effect occurs within 24 hours. Prevent water from penetrating the treated surface before the hydrophobic effect sets in. Consumption: 300–500 g/m².
It is recommended as a finishing layer on Bronya thermal insulation coatings (Classic, Facade, Light, ...) in places where water has direct contact with the surface and in places where moisture is generated.
Terms and conditions for the transport and storage of hydrophobizers:
Store in a well-ventilated area, protected from direct sunlight, in a well-sealed container, at a temperature of 0 to +30 °C. Shelf life – 24 months from the date of manufacture.
Safety:
When working, use safety glasses and gloves. When spraying, use a respirator.
