Effective external and internal thermal insulation

Protective coatings have found extensive application on main and internal pipelines. The application of thermal insulation coatings achieves a reduction in heat loss by 6–8 times without the need for a protective layer, thus replacing conventional insulating materials such as glass and mineral wool, pipe insulation, polyurethane foam, and the like.

It is important to note that Bronya coatings are easily maintained and do not lose their properties during their lifespan. When refreshing, it is not necessary to remove the old coating; simply apply a new layer, which completely restores the thermal insulation properties.

Bronya thermal insulation coatings are ideal for external use (thermal insulation of heating pipes) and internal use (insulation of pipelines in boiler rooms, heating and pump stations, etc.).

Bronya ultra-thin thermal insulation coatings can maintain the temperature inside pipelines that require constant low temperatures of fluids, such as liquefied gases.

Thermal insulation of equipment and pipelines effectively protects them from the harmful effects of ultraviolet radiation, improves corrosion protection, and can be painted according to client wishes. It is very sustainable, and the coating helps reduce insulation loss during planned inspections (repair work) or in case of pipeline leaks.
