Bronya Stop Noise

Bronya Stop Noise is a vibro-acoustic coating designed for filling joints, seams, cracks, holes, construction defects, and undamped connections in soundproofing structures, while also smoothing interior and exterior surfaces of concrete, brick, cement-lime plasters, gypsum blocks and boards, aerated concrete and foam concrete, plasterboard, gypsum fiberboard, etc., with an operating temperature range of -60 to +70 °C. It is characterized by its superior anti-vibration properties and is used to reduce the level of vibration transmission and sound oscillations, performing the function of an elastic vibration damping layer. It can also be used as a more budget-friendly version of the Bronya Sound Barrier coating.

The material can be used for sound insulation of building envelopes and structures, and it reduces noise produced by railway cars, ventilation boxes, motor vehicles, and other equipment. It is also possible to protect various envelope and load-bearing structures from external noise.
Soundproofing work can be carried out at a surface and ambient temperature of +15 °C to +70 °C (the critical value for surface and ambient air temperature is +10 °C at the time of application and drying of each layer within 24 hours). The operating temperature of the Bronya Stop Sound modification ranges from -60 °C to +70 °C.

Attention! We have two schemes for using Bronya sound insulation:

  • Less efficient, but simpler way:
Apply a layer of Bronya Stop Sound coating 1.5-2 mm thick to solid plywood or drywall, and immediately attach it to the wall, ceiling, or floor (depending on where the noise source is). The structure can be finished with any decorative and finishing materials on top.
  • The following diagram has greater efficiency:
Apply Bronya Stop Sound with a thickness of 1.5–2 mm to solid plywood or plasterboard and attach a plywood or plasterboard panel to it, then adhere this structure to the wall, ceiling, or floor (depending on where the noise source is). The top of the structure can be finished with any decorative and finishing materials.

Packaging and Modifications

Available in 10 and 20 liter packaging.

There is also Non-flammable modification!

The Bronya Stop Sound liquid sound insulation plastic bucket with a volume of 20L weighs only 16 kg. During proper transportation and storage, the microstructure of Bronya liquid sound insulation remains unchanged.
