Liquid thermal insulation coating
Bronya TermoHydroPlast

Bronya TermoHydroPlast is a high-quality rubber coating with waterproof and thermal insulation properties. It protects surfaces from exposure to water and chemicals. A one-component liquid mixture, resistant to light, based on a synthetic rubber polymer with the addition of solvents, functional additives, and hollow microspheres, is intended for waterproofing and thermal insulation of various surfaces.

Bronya TermoHydroPlast was developed for application at negative environmental temperatures from -25°C to +35°C. It is intended for thermal and waterproofing of external and internal surfaces of building envelopes and structures, foundations, roofs, pipelines, tanks, air ducts, chimneys, industrial equipment, sea and river vessels, hulls of various purposes, containers, tanks, and reservoirs, including non-absorbent or low-absorbent surfaces made of plastic and polymer materials: polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), non-ferrous metals, dense concrete, and other surfaces.

A durable, weather-resistant coating designed to operate in conditions of constant contact with water and aggressive media, including salt spray. The operating temperature range of the Bronya TermoHydroPlast coating is from -55 °C to +150 °C.

Application

High-quality rubber coating for waterproofing, vibration damping, and sound absorption. Bronya TermoHydroPlast is the pinnacle of protective coating evolution. It is designed for waterproofing, vibration damping, sound absorption, protection, and extending the lifespan of all types of materials, such as:

  • Plastic
  • Galvanized and black metal
  • wood
  • concrete
  • brick
  • Plaster
  • plasterboard
  • shale
  • Asphalt shingles with granules and mastic smooth bases
  • EPDM, PVC, and TPO single-ply membranes
  • flat, sloped, and domed roof structures
  • and other surfaces for outdoor and indoor applications

Bronya TermoHydroPlast provides excellent protection against moisture ingress and all weather conditions.

This coating serves as a top reflective layer. After complete drying and polymerization, Bronya TermoHydroPlast creates a continuous, waterproof membrane with a rubber-like texture. Its special formula ensures high strength, elasticity, resistance to mold and fungal damage, as well as resistance to extreme weather conditions and ultraviolet rays.

Key advantages

  • touch dry speed is 20 minutes at (20±3) °C, complete drying is 5-7 hours at (20±3) °C
  • all-weather application: from -25 °C to +35 °C
  • simultaneously ensures waterproofing, vibration protection, and sound insulation
  • compatible with all surfaces: wood, concrete, brick, plaster, drywall, slate, and others
  • It can also be applied to non-absorbent or low-absorbent surfaces, such as plastics and polymer materials: polyethylene (PE), polyvinyl chloride (PVC), polypropylene (PP), non-ferrous metals, dense concrete, and other surfaces
  • it can be in constant contact with water and aggressive environments, including brine
  • creates a continuous layer on the object, eliminating cold bridges and providing absolute waterproofing
  • in places of constant humidity it can serve as thermal insulation, including on very plastic, flexible, glossy polycarbonates (with the necessary substrate for application, see application instructions)
  • does not increase the load on the foundation and other building structures
  • It is characterized by high durability and resistance to weather conditions, including frost, constant exposure to direct sunlight, and constant exposure to frost
  • High elasticity and crack resistance, including at low temperatures
  • Resistance to mold, fungi, and algae formation
  • does not contain organic solvents, odorless, non-flammable, environmentally safe
  • Guaranteed lifespan is 25 years

Advantages over analogues:

  • Bronya TermoHydroPlast series organic solvent-based rubber coating, thanks to its high application properties in all weather conditions, waterproofing, vibration isolation, sound absorption, chemical resistance, as well as elasticity and versatility of application, is second to none in terms of price-quality ratio.
  • In-house production and development of rubber dispersions enable the most effective protection at a price no more expensive than any other protective coating (on polyurethane, epoxy, and even acrylic or alkyd bases), as well as high-quality products.
  • It has all-weather protective properties. It is resistant to chemical and mechanical influences (impacts and scratches).
  • It has a “self-healing” property – with lighter impacts, thanks to its hyperplasticity, the surface repairs itself.

Areas of application

Bronya TermoHydroPlast material is necessary for surfaces that must be simultaneously thermally insulated and protected from condensation, as well as resistant to water, chemical, and mechanical influences. It is essential for applications where it is important not to increase the thickness of thermal insulation and waterproofing.

Application examples:

  • Plastic and metal pipes, containers, tanks, constructions for thermal insulation or condensate removal, as well as protection against atmospheric influences and ultraviolet radiation
  • Hard-to-reach places, for example: waterproofing valves, air ducts
  • Flooring before installing underfloor heating
  • Bathrooms, showers, toilets, pools, where insulation requires additional waterproofing
  • Walls, floors inside and outside rooms (both living and basement spaces)
  • Balconies, loggias, windows, and doors
